Terms of Service

Effective date: August 1, 2026 · Applies to Blazie Security (the “Bot”), blaziesecurity.com (the “Website”), and related services (together, the “Service”).

1. Agreement

By inviting the Bot to a Discord server, using Bot commands, accessing the Website, or using any related dashboard/control panel, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you add the Bot to a server, you represent that you have authority to bind that server’s owner and administrators to these Terms for use of the Bot in that server.

2. The Service

Blazie Security is a Discord moderation and security bot that may provide features such as anti-nuke, anti-raid, AutoMod, moderation tools, tickets, cases, XP/leveling, reaction roles, music, news/sports/game feeds, logging, and related configuration tools (including website control panel features when enabled).

The Service is provided as a hosted offering operated by the Bot operator (“we”, “us”, “our”) on infrastructure we control or lease. We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

3. Discord relationship

The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc. Your use of Discord remains subject to Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. We are not responsible for Discord platform outages, API changes, or enforcement actions by Discord.

4. Eligibility & accounts

• You must comply with Discord’s eligibility rules and applicable law.
• You are responsible for activity performed with your Discord account and in servers you administer.
• If Website login (e.g. Discord OAuth) is enabled, you must keep access to your account secure and not share authorization codes or session credentials.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate applicable law or Discord’s rules;
• Raid, nuke, harass, stalk, doxx, exploit, or abuse individuals or communities;
• Bypass, probe, or attack our systems, the Bot, or other users’ servers;
• Attempt to extract, scrape, or misuse data beyond normal Bot functionality;
• Use music, media, or feed features in a way that infringes third-party rights;
• Resell, rebrand, or misrepresent the Bot as your own product without permission;
• Interfere with moderation/security systems in a way intended to harm others.

We may remove the Bot from servers, restrict features, or refuse service for violations or abuse.

6. Server admin responsibilities

Server owners and administrators are solely responsible for:

• Configuring permissions, roles, channels, and Bot settings appropriately;
• Whitelisting trusted staff so security systems do not disrupt legitimate administration;
• Moderation decisions made by humans or automated systems they enable;
• Complying with privacy and notice obligations to their members in their jurisdiction;
• Backing up important server configuration outside the Bot if needed.

7. Automated moderation & security actions

The Bot may automatically delete messages, timeout, mute, kick, ban, quarantine, strip roles, lock channels, or take similar actions based on configuration and detection logic. These systems can produce false positives or false negatives.

We do not guarantee that the Bot will prevent all raids, nukes, spam, or abuse. You use automated enforcement at your own risk. Always maintain human oversight and recovery plans (including offline ownership recovery).

8. Website & control panel

Website content is provided for information about the Bot. Control panel features may be preview-only until authentication and API connections are fully enabled. When live, panel actions may change Bot configuration for servers you are authorized to manage. Unauthorized access attempts are prohibited.

9. Intellectual property

Copyright complaints regarding Website or operator-hosted material should follow our DMCA Policy.

The Bot software, Website design, branding, logos, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the hosted Bot in Discord according to these Terms. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute the Bot’s proprietary code except as allowed by law.

10. Third-party services

The Bot may interact with third-party services (e.g. Discord API, Steam/news RSS feeds, media extraction tools, AI APIs if enabled). Those services have their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or policy changes.

11. Availability & support

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted Service. Maintenance, updates, upstream outages, or force majeure events may affect availability. Support channels (e.g. support Discord) are provided as-is unless a separate written support agreement exists.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR EFFECTIVE AGAINST ALL THREATS.

13. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR SERVER ACCESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $50, IF NO FEES WERE PAID.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service, your server configuration, your moderation actions, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

15. Suspension & termination

You may stop using the Service by removing the Bot from your servers and ceasing Website use. We may suspend or terminate access for any reason, including Terms violations, abuse, legal risk, or operational necessity. Provisions that should survive termination (liability, IP, indemnity) will survive.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Website and updating the effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator primarily operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country provide otherwise. Courts in that jurisdiction shall have exclusive venue, subject to applicable law.
